Whole-Home Remodel
Project Scope
The Problems
These homeowners bought the ugliest home on the block. It smelled, had
weird stains everywhere and was just plain gross. What this home had going for it was it’s fantastic location in Mt Lebanon.
They jumped feet first and had a vision of a rear addition and a whole house renovation. This project was also on a super-speed design timeline. In order to get the financing they needed for the renovation, they had to produce the design for the renovations.
The Solutions
The rear addition included a deck and expanded family room with a master suite above. The only rooms in the house we didn’t touch were two bedrooms and a bathroom. Every other room was renovated, painted, had new flooring installed, etc.
